- Friday, 8 a.m. to 4 p.m.
- We are closed for lunch from 12 – 1 p.m.

Appointments
Please call the office at (802) 229-2663 to make an appointment in advance or request an appointment online. If you are unable to keep your appointment, please call us as far in advance as possible so we may use that time to see another patient in need of care. We make a sincere effort to adhere to our appointment schedule and appreciate your patience if we are late due to emergencies or hospital surgery.

Prescription Requests
Prescriptions and refills for established patients of Green Mountain Orthopaedic Surgery are routinely issued Monday through Thursday between the hours of 8:30 a.m. and 4:30 p.m. We kindly request at least 24 hours notice to fulfill your request.
You can make your request by calling Green Mountain Orthopaedic Surgery at (802) 229-2663. No refills are issued during the evenings, weekends, or holidays, as the doctors do not have access to your medical records during those times. It is helpful to anticipate your refill needs to avoid an interruption in your medication therapy.

Medical Emergencies
In the event of a life threatening medical emergency, call medical emergency services at 911 immediately. DO NOT WAIT! Inform the emergency room staff that you are a patient of Green Mountain Orthopaedic Surgery, and they will contact us.

If you have an urgent medical need and need to talk to our doctors after our regular hours, please call Green Mountain Orthopaedic Surgery at (802) 229-2663. A doctor is on-call 24 hours a day. Your call will be returned promptly.

Insurance & Payment
Green Mountain Orthopaedic Surgery is a preferred provider for most major health plans serving Vermont, including BCBS, MVP, Cigna, CBA, Medicare, Vermont Medicaid and most Worker's Compensation companies. We will process claims for all other insurance companies. Please contact your insurance company or you may call our office at (802) 229-2663 to find out if we accept your insurance plan.
We request payment arrangements for all office services at the time they are rendered, unless prior arrangements have been made with our office. We accept cash, checks, MasterCard, and Visa. As a courtesy to you, we will bill any insurance company. However, the assurance of payment for services is a patient responsibility. We will help in any way we can to assist you in handling claims.
